Our beautiful roll-on perfume oils are compact and easy to carry. Nestled in a sturdy cylinder box, these purse-size 10 mL roll-on oils are packaged in a chic rectangular bottle, featuring a stainless steel roller ball for easy application.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for an exchange or a store credit.

RETURNS:

• Please note SALE items are final clearance and will not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please choose carefully.

• All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Please ensure your products are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

• Product must be in its original packaging including item's swing tag.

• You must have proof of purchase to return a product, so please retain your receipt.

• Upon receiving the product we will notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
• Due to hygienic purposes and the current COVID conditions, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on earrings, tights and leggings.      

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will only be given in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase.

If the Product you have received is faulty or damaged, please email us Here with your proof of purchase, an outline of the fault or damage, photographs and any other relevant information. Little Black Bag will contact you within 3 business days to follow up your request.

Refund will be via the same method as payment, minus the shipping costs as they are non–refundable.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Please note: We are unable to refund items once they have been washed or worn. General wear and natural fading may occur over time and are not the responsibility of Little Black Bag.

DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS IN TRANSIT:

In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Little Black Bag asks that you:

• contact Australia Post or Sendle directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and email Here making us aware of the claim.
